Client Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all clients placing an order with Wxrldz’s Commissions. By accepting these terms, you agree to comply with the conditions outlined below. Failure to comply may result in order delay, cancellation or refusal of service.
1. Orders & Acceptance
- All clients must provide accurate information and clear requirements when placing an order.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline orders before work begins.
- Any additional requests or significant changes may result in extra charges.
2. Payments
- Payment must be made according to the agreement confirmed within your order ticket.
- Designs, previews and watermarked work must not be used until the required payment is received in full.
- Failure to complete payment will result in an order closure.
3. Refunds
- All sales are considered final unless an issue occurs on our end, such as failure to deliver or an error we are responsible for.
- Refund requests will be assessed individually, subject to applicable consumer law.
4. Revisions & Changes
- Clients are expected to request necessary changes during the design process.
- Minor adjustments may be provided where reasonable. Significant changes or new requirements may incur additional charges.
- Once an order has been approved and finalised, further changes are not guaranteed.
5. Copyright & Ownership
- Wxrldz’s Commissions retains copyright over commissioned work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients receive permission to use their completed designs for the agreed purposes once payment has been received in full.
- Unauthorised resale, redistribution or claiming our work as your own is prohibited.
6. Client Content
- Clients must have permission to use any images, logos or other materials supplied for their orders.
- We reserve the right to refuse content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Delivery & Responsibility
- Completion times are estimates and may vary depending on the order.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing their designs and reporting issues before final approval.
- Wxrldz’s Commissions is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorised modifications or misuse after delivery.
8. Conduct & Privacy
- Clients must remain respectful throughout the commission process.
- Harassment, threats, fraudulent activity or deliberate misuse of our services may result in refusal of service.
- Information provided during an order will be handled for commission-related purposes and as required by applicable law.
9. Disputes & Changes
- Clients should contact us directly regarding any concerns so that we can attempt to resolve them.
- We may update these terms when necessary. Changes will not automatically override existing agreements.
- These terms are governed by applicable New Zealand law.
10. Acceptance
- By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you have read and understood the conditions applicable to your commission.
11. Policy Changes
- Wxrldz’s Commissions reserves the right to update, modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time.
- Any changes will be reflected in the Last Updated date of this document.
- Updated terms will apply to future orders. Existing orders will remain subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of acceptance unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
